"This agent is a one stop shopping storehouse of connections! With ease, we communicated from out of state & by the time I arrived, paperwork was already reviewed & signed! He went out of his way to video every room & detail of my final home choice. Upon arrival to Raleigh, I merely did a run through the place & all its amenities. Since materials were already reviewed previously, closing was a breeze!I can speak more highly of PA Romano??"

I had the pleasure of working with Paul when I was house hunting in Raleigh, and I can honestly say he’s the best realtor anyone could ask for.I first found Paul on Zillow, and initially, I decided to put my house search on hold due to some personal matters. What impressed me right away was Paul’s understanding and patience—he didn’t try to pressure me in any way. He respected my decision and gave me the space I needed.When I was ready to jump back into the search, Paul was right there waiting for me, even though this time I was looking an hour away from where I originally wanted to be. He didn’t hesitate to drive that extra distance to help me find the perfect place. My girlfriend and I thought he was a little crazy at first when we saw him walking around barefoot in the homes we toured, but it turns out, he does this to feel for any potential issues with the floors—a level of attention to detail I’ve never seen before. "Paul was very helpful with both purchasing a house and the selling of the previous home. He helped guide us through the process of choosing the proper price for both properties and compared them with similar properties in the area. When we interacted with prior owner and new buyer, his ability to represent us to the other parties was very well done. He supported our needs and was a savvy negotiator. He noted flaws in multiple homes that we viewed and brought them to our attention. He prepared us well at the time of the multiple closings and the various expenses, etc. He worked hard to sell our home and did things to help present it in a positive manner. During a period of time when the real estate market was slow, we still were able to sell our home in a timely manner and for a price that was very appropriate and acceptable to us. I feel that Paul's actions as our agent contributed to those outcomes."
